It allows loved ones to come together to remember, reflect, and honour a life - without the presence of a coffin and without the pressure of short service timeframes.

From your first call, we will listen, support you, and gently guide you through the next steps.
Professional care is provided by our trusted partner, Golden Memories Funerals, who will:
- Collect your loved one with dignity and care
- Guide the family through the cremation process
- Arrange cremation
- Return the ashes safely to the family
Once ashes have been returned, the ashes memorial is held at Kanteen as a three-hour gathering, offering space to remember, connect, and honour a life well-loved and well lived.
Families are supported quietly throughout, without needing to coordinate multiple providers.
ASHES MEMORIAL PACKAGE
Our Ashes Memorial Package has been thoughtfully created to provide clarity, care, and simplicity during a tender time.
Everything is included, allowing families to focus on remembrance and connection.
The package includes:
- Professional care and cremation services provided by Golden Memories Funerals
- Professional celebrant, including personal consultation and officiation
- Exclusive use of Kanteen for a three-hour ashes memorial
- Venue set-up and styling across indoor and outdoor spaces
- Memorial catering and refreshments for up to 50 guests
- Tea and coffee station, with optional staffed bar available
- 50 professionally printed service sheets
- Complimentary wooden urn for the memorial display table
GATHERING TIMES
Ashes memorials are hosted as three-hour gatherings, held with intention.
Weekday Gatherings
- Morning: 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Afternoon: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
We host a limited number of memorials each day to ensure each family receives dedicated care and an unhurried experience.
Weekend Gatherings
Available by arrangement only and offered at a different rate, subject to availability.
